Join Cornell Kinderknecht the first three Mondays in May (May 6, 13 and 20) at 12:00-12:30pm US Central Time, online through Zoom, for a mindfulness meditation practice with music. NOTE: No session on May 27

Each online session includes:

  • Short introduction or instruction
  • Mindfulness session:
    • Guided meditation to connect with the breath and to help relax the body
    • Meditation with music
    • Invitation to bring your own music into your personal meditation (this is just for you, there’s no requirement to play for the group, your microphone will be off). You can also choose to sit silently, hum, write, paint, draw…
  • Sharing and discussion
