A returning popular course…

Develop our musical ideas into songs. Play with direction and flow when improvising. Work with songwriting and song structure basics as well as unique and fun ways to come up with melodies. The ability to read music is not required for this creative course, but it is helpful to have some experience with tablature, numbering or notation systems.

This class is open to those with some playing experience. The main focus will be with Native flute but other world flutes are welcome.

Any key flute is welcome. For group playing and examples, we’ll mainly be using G-minor flutes.
