Come join us for a fun and experiential workshop on playing this beautiful instrument. Develop your own unique sound and find your song.

Our focus will be creative ideas and inspiration for creating songs and development of those ideas. We will also work on adding rhythmic interest to improvisations. Along the way, we'll also touch upon other topics such as finger control and technique.

Flutes in A-minor recommended for group instruction. If you have multiple flutes in A-minor, please bring along if you're willing to share with someone who might not have that key. Also bring any other flutes you may want to play.

(we'll take a short break for lunch during the workshop)

Private lessons may be available with Cornell this weekend by reservation. Contact Cornell for information.
